Admission Open 2024-25

Admission Open Playgroup to Class-XI: Any student who wants admission for 2024–25 and has passed the previous class from an English Medium School is eligible for the next higher class. Age criteria as on 1st April must also be met.

School Admission Procedure

The following documents must be submitted during registration:

• Evidence of passing the last class or promotion to the current class.
• Original Transfer Certificate signed by DEO (if transferring from another state).
• Medical certificate from a registered doctor with vaccination/immunization record.
• 4 passport size photographs.
• Proof of residence (Ration Card / Voter ID / Passport copy).
• Adoption certificate if applicable.
• Custody certificate in case of divorced/separated parents.

• Submit the filled Registration Form with attested Class-IX & X marksheets.
• If original marksheet is unavailable, provisional one from school may be submitted.
• List of selected candidates will be displayed based on IX & X marks.

• Attested photocopies of Mark Sheet, Passing & Migration Certificates.
• 4 passport size photographs.
• School-Based Evaluation certificate for CBSE international students.
• Conduct and Character Certificate from the previous school.
• Admission must be completed within 7 days of selection.
• Second list will be issued if seats remain unfilled.

Withdrawal From School

The school reserves the right to remove a student for the following reasons:

• Fee arrears exceeding two months.
• Absence of more than 10 days without notice.
• Irregular attendance or lack of discipline.
• Failure in annual examination twice (beyond Class IX).
• Misconduct by students or parents.

Expulsion may also occur due to misconduct, property damage, insubordination, or criminal acts inside or outside school.

Transfer Certificate

• Withdrawal forms available in the school office.
• TC is issued 3 days after completing formalities (not same-day).
• Duplicate TCs issued only with affidavit and ₹50 payment.
• Admissions usually before academic session begins (starts in April).
• Selected students must submit admission form, Birth Certificate, Photos, Mark Sheet, and TC (if applicable).
• Management-recommended seats are reserved, subject to eligibility.
• No admissions allowed once class seats are full.
